We arrived late (11 PM) due to flight delays and the door was locked but they quickly opened it and showed us to our room. The room was small but the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We had an hour or so before our shuttle in the morning so we were able to take a quick trip to Pike Place Market for a crepe due to the 2 minute walk. Overall a great stay. There were understaffed in every way, from check-in to valet. The staff we did encounter were friendly though managing too many things at once. The first room we had was really run down, though they kindly upgraded us. At check in, I told the rep. that I'll be needing shuttle service to cruise terminal and was told it's taking care of. My intuition told me otherwise hence I checked with another rep. the following day and sure enough, my name wasn't on it. She proceeded to do so for me. So, always double check!!! I feel that a $4 to wash or dry is a bit much.
