The "Peaceful Cabin" offers primitive accommodations at best.
The entire cabin was FILTHY with dirt and dust across all floors, old dog food on the floor from a previous guest, rodent droppings throughout, hair in the bathtub, and the towels and linens smelled sour.
Although the cabin advertises that it sleeps 4, this is not accurate. There is a queen bed in the bedroom that could comfortably sleep 2. It advertises a twin bed also in the bedroom, this is a four inch piece of foam on a treacherous loft with no railing and about a ten inch clearance in the highest spot. There is also advertised a twin bed in the living room, this is a single high blow up air mattress.
The cabin is INFESTED with ants everywhere. All of my belongings had ants in them when I left. It also has mice that were getting into my food that I had brought.
There is VERY limited hot water. I was able to get about two inches of water in the bathtub before it turned straight cold. When taking a shower I had to turn the water off while washing to allow warm enough water to rinse with.
As listed this cabin is in a very remote location. The road to access can be very treacherous. Lots of curves and drop offs with no guard rails as there is nowhere to fix guard rails. If you are not familiar with the area I would recommend not arriving after dark.
I did contact the host to share my concerns for the state of the cabin to no avail.
