"From check in to check the amazing team looked after us and made us feel so welcome. Our room was great, comfy beds and all we needed for our little weekend get away for our anniversary. Oh and the hot pools were amazing, wish they had some sort of entertainment though, like a big screen playing music or something maybe a bit more lighting for ambience😁 lots of parking, oh and let's not forget the little 9hole gold course across the road👍 easy access to the town center and all other...

"The staff and reception are friendly. Check in is fast. We have 3 adults and 1 kid in my family. They offer us a free upgrade to a much larger and luxury room because they said the room we booked may be too small for 4 people. They are so kind and considerate."

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay here for the last 4 nights. The owners are lovely and accomodating. Lots of privacy and the spa was enjoyable! The room was spotless on arrival and the cleaners were respectful when approaching our room for a service. Everything was super clean, the only thing we noticed was the spa area had a smell to it. Outside only Other than that, thank you for having us! We’ll definitely be back. "

"Brilliant little place to stay. Clean, comfortable, when we checked in they'd already put the heat pump on for us (it was quite cold) which was a nice touch. They offered milk for coffee as well. Its the little things that make a difference here. Location - right on the lake, and a 10min walk to the centre of everything. It was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. My only minor criticism - old school Sky TV... I took a chromecast with me to cast what we wanted to watch but it wouldn't work....
