"I don’t know if a review is needed as day 2 of our stay a for sale board appeared outside! Room sizes great. As November we didn’t use the outside facilities. Kitchen was well equipped. The radiator in the family bathroom a friend burnt herself. It does get red hot so be careful. We struggled a bit with the heating as it was really cold at the beginning and then extremely warm. "A beautiful little cottage, modern and very clean. Lovely decor and very pet friendly. The owners could not have been friendlier, such a nice helpful couple. Plenty of places to visit within a short distance. For a dog friendly beach, it has to be beautiful Summerleaze in Bude, with it's beach Lido, there's also a beautiful walk along the canal. I would highly recommend this lovely cottage."

"Great little apartment with fantastic views across the estuary. Location fantastic with a ten minute walk to Instow and the beach. Apartment very well equipped. Lovely little touches with decorations ( almost too many not leaving much work top space in the kitchen). Up to date photos would be good on cottages.comMay be a bit cosy with 4 adults (we were 3 adults and dog )Slightly nit picking, would have helped to have settee across the lounge facing TV.
