"The jetted tub was everything and I know they wash them because I witnessed it. The balcony overlooking the lake was so relaxing. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There are only stairs to the second floor and you get an actual key instead of a swipe card. I really just enjoyed the experience."

"The biggest turn off was the breakfast staff, my husband accidentally spilled some waffle batter mix and we were trying to wipe it up and she comes and makes the biggest deal over that. The room we stayed in gave eerie vibes and feelings , had horrible dreams all night. lol the desk ladies were nice, and it’s a very quiet and not busy place very peaceful."

"The carpeting in the room was dirty and had not been vacuumed. The toilet was plugged up in the morning and we had not really used it. We told the staff when we went downstairs for breakfast and was told that they would unclog it after we checked out (checkout time was two hours away.) I told her that was not acceptable and she came up and plunged the toilet. As she was leaving she said she splashed on the toilet seat but don't worry she wiped it off. One older gentleman was “in training” by the younger one, and he was speaking non English (my guess is Pakistani). Check in took longer than it should have, but they were nice enough. "Within 10 minutes of arrival we turned the heat on and the smoke detectors started going off with no smoke in or around the room and the staff wouldn’t answer the phone and we ended up having to stay somewhere else. Extremely disappointed"
