Relax or recreate with the best that Northern Wisconsin has to offer! Take in every sunset from 3 different decks with this brand new Gulf Coast inspired lake home on private, full recreation Clear Lake in Nicolet National Forest! Whether you come to swim, snowmobile, race, or relax, this home has you covered.

As winter approach new opportunities arise!You could jump on your snowmobile/UTV to ride the endless groomed trails just 0.2 miles away from the house. Don't have a snowmobile or UTV, we got you covered with Northwoods Powersports Adventures just over a mile down the road for all your rental needs! Or maybe you would rather hit the nearly 5,000 acres of public forest with countless trails to cross-country ski or hike on! Whatever your pleasure, we have you!

Clear Lake is a private, full recreational lake allowing water sports, including wakeboarding/surfing, waterskiing, tubing and jet-skiing. The immaculate landscaping funnels down to a beautiful sand beach reaching the gradual sloping lake water. Perfect for swimming! Utilize our kayaks, hammock, large fire pit, all types of chairs/recliners, sand toys, and more for your pleasure! Relax on the pier in our zero gravity chairs as the sky is littered with endless stars!

Custom built in 2018, the home is 3 levels and houses over 3500 square feet with 4 large bedrooms (3 w/ access to the decks and lake views) and 4 full bathrooms. 12 beds sleep a total of 19 occupants.

This home has central air conditioning, 3 zone heating, and washer/dryer. It is outfitted with 4 televisions, Roku, and HDMI and great WiFi Internet throughout. The kitchen includes a brand new refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee-maker, crock pot, toaster, griddles, utensils, dinnerware and pots/pans. Bed and bath towels/linens provided along with soap and shampoo (please bring your own beach towels and limited supply of paper products).

Lower level walk-out contains 1 bedroom w/ sliding doors right to the lake, a 2nd family room w/ bar, big screen TV, card table and movie room.

Master bedroom boasts a huge deck w/ amazing views of nightly sunsets along w/ a king-size bed, tile shower, and big screen TV.

Bedroom 2 walks out to the 3rd story deck overlooking Clear Lake! It holds a queen with a twin trundle.

Bedroom 3 is the kids favorite bunk room with 2 fulls and 3 twin beds, giving all the kids a perfect spot to have the best slumber party ever!

Master bath includes a nice vanity with a beautiful custom walk-in shower and toilet. Bathrooms 2-4 all have a full-sized vanity, full bathtub/shower, and toilet.

Sorry, NO PETS or smoking allowed. No exceptions.

Amazing 3-level house with beautiful views of the lake

The house easily fit our large extended family and we frequently had the lake to ourselves for kayaking, paddle boarding, jumping off the water trampoline, or just floating by the dock. The children's playset got some use, too! Fishing only yielded bullheads, but there's plenty of good fish in Metonga Lake just a couple miles away. Evenings were spent around the bonfire or playing card games on the balcony table overlooking the lake. Sunsets were incredible! Owner is very responsive, and we will definitely stay again.

Prefect spot for Family vacation!

Everything about our stay was great. From the moment we got there till we left it felt like home! Jason was able to answer all of our questions and was easy to get a hold of too! We had of 16 people(3 families and Grandpa). There was enough room for all of us. The kids loved the swimming raft! The lake wasn’t busy so the kids were able to learn to water ski(it was the highlight of the vacation).

Wonderful Vacation Spot!

This is great for a staycation away from home! The little beach is great for kids, and we loved the water trampoline, the kayaks and the paddle boards. Beds were comfortable and there was a ton of sleeping options for our big group of 15. We had no real need or desire to go anywhere except the grocery store, and this house was perfect for that.

60th surprise anniversary party

Jason could not have been more accommodating and have provided a more fantastic property for our adult family vacation. There were 17 of us including our parents and this property was more than anyone of us expected when booking! We would definitely consider staying here again in the future. The only thing that could have been better is if we could have all stayed longer!!

Awesome Family Vacation Home

The adults liked the beautiful lake to float around in, everyone used the kayaks. The lake is so calm & relaxing that the kids enjoyed the paddle board. Communication with Jason was a breeze he is very accommodating. I can't say enough about the beautiful home, the fire pit is something else I have never seen one so beautifully done. Having 4 full bathrooms for our family was great every family had their own. Would highly recommend this vacation home.

Perfect!

My whole family was impressed by this location. The house was clean and spacious, the kitchen was well stocked with things our foodie family needed, the two fridges were perfect for all of the food we had to store. In addition the balconies were an amazing feature. You could sit on them and feel a part of the indoor and outdoor activities, which made everyone in our multiage group feel included in all that was going on. The kids enjoyed the beach and playing/floating in the water. Outdoor seating was ample. Everything honestly was perfect. We would rent again at this location.

THIS HOME IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL

We had such a wonderful stay at this home. From the minute we pulled up the home looked very clean and well maintained. As soon as we walked in the door it’s welcoming atmosphere makes you feel right at home. The views of Clear Lake are absolutely stunning. The trees across the lake in the horizon reflect off the water like a beautiful painting. Eagles can be spotted magnificently soaring overhead. At this home you do not have to worry about anything. The kitchen is FULLY STOCKED. Never have I stayed at a property that had EVERYTHING you need. It truly felt like a home away from home. The bedrooms all have gorgeous views of the lake and the beds are extremely comfortable. The owners of this home really took time to invest in the comfort for the guests. We took full advantage of the dock and went fishing with our 3, 5 and 12 year olds. My 3 year old loved being able to walk directly into the water and I felt comfortable because it was shallow at the shoreline. My 5 year old spent a full day fishing at the dock with his grandfather and everyone was able to relax. We also found a baby snapping turtle which was a really neat experience for our kids. We used the fire pit to make s’mores as well. I have a 9 month old and this home had a nice pack n play for her to sleep in and they also had a high chair for her to use. Made it easy for us to stay at this home with a baby. The main floor was great because we were able to let her just crawl around and get her energy out.

Good spot for a large group

We had a large group of friends in town for a race. Lots of space for everyone to sleep and hangout. Lake was a beautiful, and a few people even went for an early morning polar plunge.

Beautiful and spacious property

This property is very nice; our stay at the property was excellent. The house is very spacious and has a beautiful view, the communication with the host was excellent and he was always able for any questions we may have. Beautiful, peaceful property

Beautiful house on quiet lake

We enjoyed our stay at the property. We were able to get a hold of the host on several different occasions with a timely response. The house is very nice and the lake is quiet exactly what we were looking for

Wonderful time at a beautiful property.

We had a fantastic family vacation here. We had 10 people in our group and this property had plenty of room for our crew to spread out. It also was very nice with the large dining table to share our meals. We all loved hanging out by the water especially the kids. We definitely look forward to getting away from it all here again!

Wonderful Family Up-North weekend

10/10 recommend this rental for a family vacation spot. We had the best time and hope to return next year. House was huge, many spots/"nooks" to hang out, clean and the decks at sunset were unbeatable. Plenty of beds (having trundle beds was so helpful!) And washer & dryer worked great. kitchen was stacked with numerous utensils and appliances. The shallow-entry sand-bottom lake was perfect for our age 5&under children. Caught many various fish (and crawfish) right off the dock! Brought our boat and launched from the nearby launch. Used owners kayaks multiple times/day- lake is "small" on a map but was perfect size for kayaking and we were always the only ones out! Very quiet lake. Chopped wood was stocked for bonfires & house had PLENTY of chairs. Wide open, clean garage to let kids run on rainy days. We had the best family week and were all very sad to leave.

Spacious home with excellent amenities.

This home easily accommodated our group of 12 people. There is enough space to spread out and the kitchen was well stocked. The outdoor seating areas are lovely. We would definitely return!

Great Beach House

Great vacation home, if you’re looking for a large, clean, new home with a great little beach for kids to swim all day, this is your place. A perfect sized dock for the kids to jump off of all day. Sit in the sun or relax in the water, the fire pit is awesome for roasting marshmallows. We also enjoyed the wide variety of spaces to sit and relax throughout the property. Overall it was an excellent stay and the hosts were great to work with! Will definitely be back.

Beautiful Getaway!!

The house was huge, clean and had everything we could of needed! So peaceful and relaxing. Loved the fire area and beachfront. Great swimming spot. The owner was so nice, was available for any questions or needs we had. I would recommend to anyone looking to have a fun and relaxing vacation with a big group.
