Tiny step in to the bathroom which is really easy to miss and I actually had a bad fall when staying. "It was lovely we stayed for 2 nights for our wedding. We stayed in the Balfour suite. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was great too. Really made our wedding extra special having such a nice place to get ready and to come back to after the party"

"The bedroom was very clean and comfortable. The wide choices at breakfast were excellent. The only slight setback, in my opinion, was the lack of draught beer In the bar. I can't wait to return to this hotel and magical Rye."
