Pool view Modern Studio in Cozumel!

The studio is modern, clean, furnished, and equipped with everything you'll need during your stay; kitchen, fridge, dining table, bathroom, queen bed with nice linens/pillows, and of course, high-speed internet and cable.

+Studio is on the second floor with pool views.
+Studio is less than 10 min drive from downtown.
+Studio is less than 5 mins from Chankanaab Park, the Money Bar, Marina Fonatur, Marina "Caleta".
+Studio near most beach clubs on the calm Southern coast.

THE SPACE:
The studio is private, conveniently furnished to maximize the space and to create a comfortable accommodation for two travelers (up to three max with inflatable bed).

+ Extra towels, beach towels, and bed linens are provided at no extra cost.

NOTE: We have additional modern studio suites available in the same building to accommodate a bigger party. Please message me.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guest has access to all common areas including; swimming pool, jacuzzi, up-stair sunbathing terrace, elevator, parking area, and green areas around the pool.


INTERACTION WITH GUEST:
If I am not in town.. you'll be greeted by a hostess. Both the hostess and I will be available via telephone or in person as needed by the guest.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The studio is located in Cozumel's Southern Hotel Zone which is less than 10 minutes from Cozumel's downtown.

The building is located on Av. Rafael E. Melgar (Quintana Roo C-1) in a new condominium building that sits beautifully surrounded by Carribean jungle just about 400 meters from Cozumel's turquoise waters (see pictures for location).

+There is an unpaved 10 min walk pathway directly across the building that takes you to the oceanside. You'll have Fiesta Americana to the left and the Money Bar to your right-hand side.

GETTING AROUND:

You have some options here;
- Rent a car and park for free;
- Use Cozumel's inexpensive taxi service.

+Bottom line, you'll love my studio as much the many guests that have stayed and given us a 5-star review.

Nice place but transportation was a hassle and communication was poor.

This is a lovely property to and I would say that especially for someone looking to stay for a week or more as it had a nice kitchen stocked with everything you need. I only stayed 2 nights so I did not need those amenities. There was little communication prior to my arrival except to ask me what time I would arrive. I communicated all day through VRBO about my arrival but did not receive any responses. When I arrived the guard looked confused but after a phone call informed me the keys were in the place and it was unlocked. I had a tight schedule as it took me longer to get to the condo than I anticipated. There was no welcome book with any information in it. I did need a way to get around the island which this place promises with the ATV. I was diving with a shop that was 15 minutes drive south (not walkable). When I inquired about the ATV the guard told me to call the number for the property. The ATV was a semi-automatic which was not clear. He wasn’t able to come in time and I was left scrambling to find a ride. I had to beg the guys at the guard stand to give me a ride otherwise I would have missed my schedule dive. Someone came the next morning during the agreed time to show me how to use the ATV. It was kind of an old junky ATV which eventually broke near the property I wa a diving at. This left me stranded the rest of the time having to arrange cabs which was not easy if I wasn’t coming for the dive shop. There was no check out procedure.

Wonderfully clean and well maintained with great security staff.

Owner was very very accommodating and Guillermo, his onsite manager, was super helpful and readily available. Beautiful pool and gardens with lots of nice neighbors. Well insulated units with little sound spill over. .Plan to go back. Great new firm mattress — bring your own pillows if you like fluffy ones 😀
