"Great location in Harrogate and had everything we needed.
We were on the 4th floor but there was a lift.
Advice to anyone travelling with lots of luggage would be that there is no loading bay and the nearest paid car park is a couple of minutes walk away. The street parking is nowhere near."

"This is a very well located hotel with stylishly furnished rooms and very comfortable beds. The kitchenettes in the rooms are handy - and there is a tesco express across the road. However, the first room we were allocated had an absolutely terrible damp smell. Luckily we were able to reach management via phone (despite it being 10pm) and they gave us a different room, which smelt fresh. This was fine for a couple of nights, but we wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer because the room didn’t have...
