Hudson View House offers over 2900 sq ft of gorgeous luxury space with views of the Hudson and Berkshires virtually from every room. The scenic views of the surroundings, breathtaking sunrises and sunsets will want you never to go home!

The space
Follow a three-hundred-foot private driveway to reach this expansive property. Upon entry, we are not to brag, but Million Dollar views of the Hudson and Berkshires from every room will welcome you. As you walk in, you will find a large living room space with wood burning fireplace for cheerful gatherings and a direct view of the pool and the Hudson and Berkshires.
First floor boasts a specially designed work-from-home office space with high-speed internet and a bed room with a queen bed next to the bathroom for easy access. A large kitchen flows into the dining room with views of the Hudson. When it's time to unwind, head to the den space with a propane-powered fireplace during the colder days, head out to the deck area for some quiet time, enjoy amazing sunrise or sunsets, and of course, a Million dollar views of the Hudson and Berkshire. You will also find a gas grill in the deck space for all your grilling.
Next to the den is our 3 seasons screened room, ideal for morning workouts and yoga.
The spiral staircase leads you to the second floor, with a master bedroom with an en suite and a private balcony to enjoy sunsets. Three other bedrooms and a common bathroom down the hallway are on the same floor.
Outside, a heated pool and poolside seating area, along with a pergola and fire pit with mesmerizing views of the Hudson and Berkshire, awaits you and your family and friends, giving you plenty of opportunities to spend your days in the sun. Enjoy!

Situated over the hill in this quaint town of Coxsackie, you are within walking distance of the main town center by the Hudson River! Upstate New York's Hudson Valley is famed for its natural beauty and seasonal produce. View the landscapes in person by hiking the Catskill Mountains. Then, visit local farms where there's a lot to pick: apples in the fall, strawberries in the summer, and vegetables in between.
Guest access
During your stay, you have access to the pool (May- Oct) and expansive deck in the back with a propane grill for your BBQ and fire pit. Sunroom for your morning yoga or just to relax and view Sunrise and sun sets.
Other things to note
The basement is not accessible to guests except to access an electric panel.
No DIVING is allowed in the pool. The pool depth is only 5.'
This home has boundaries on either side with the neighbour's properties, so please do not go to the neighbour's lawn.
Four bedrooms are on the second floor, and a spiral stair leads to that floor.

- Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $100 per pet and a deposit of $200. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without prior approval, there is a fine of $150 per pet.

The Village of Coxsackie is a residential community, and any unreasonable noise or disturbances, disorderly conduct, or violations of the Town Code will not be tolerated. They may result in citations, fines, and eviction from the rental unit.

Hudson View House is the perfect place to relax and get closer to nature. Our tastefully renovated property sleeps ten guests comfortably in our five bedrooms with En Suite, a full bath on the second floor, and a full bath on the first floor. A unique feature also includes separate work-from-home office space on the first floor with its desk and chairs with high-speed internet.

The house also comes fully equipped with a beautifully designed kitchen and separate dining room. Two living room spaces: one with a wood-burning fireplace and another Chalet style living space with propane fireplace when it's time to wind down.

Hudson View House is a smoke-free property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbours, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of noise ordinances will be subject to fines reaching up to $250 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down, and a fine will be assessed.
