Luxury two bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking the Medina River and moments walk from Cowes high street!. All on the Third Floor:

Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Attachment, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Electric underfloor central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Balcony with outdoor furniture. Lift, private car park, allocated for 1 car. No smoking.. With everything you need to ensure a well-earned break, look no further that 16 Marinus.

The open plan layout and contemporary interior creates a luxury space to enjoy a glass of wine with family or friends. From the living area, you can open the doors, letting the fresh air blow through the apartment. On a warm day, why not enjoy al fresco dining on the balcony, where you can sit and watch the boats go by whilst taking in the scenic view, utter bliss!

The super king bedroom with en-suite facilities, a further twin bedroom and family bathroom ensure complete comfort and privacy when you are ready to rest after exploring the area, or simply to relax with a good book away from the hustle and bustle.

When you can pull yourself away from the comfort of 16 Marinus, there is plenty to explore nearby. Just a short stroll away is the popular town of Cowes where you can pick up a treat in one of the many boutique shops and when you are ready to rest your feet and refuel, you will be spoilt for choice with many tempting restaurants and cafés at your feet.

For those wishing to be active during their stay, lace up your walking boots and head to the coastal path where can find the famous Needles chalk stack. Alternatively, if being on the water is more your playground, then you can spend your days kayaking, paddle boarding or learning to sail. From beginner to advanced, there is plenty of opportunity to create memories to last a lifetime.

There is a lift up to the apartment which is on the 3rd floor.

Scaffolding is currently up on the outside of the building from now till the 21st of August 2026 approximately. The Bedroom Views are affected.

The work on the inside courtyard area will also run from 22nd October 2025 to 23rd November 2026, approximately, during which scaffolding will also be in place. The living room view will also then be affected.

Beautiful apartment in brilliant position

Gaining entrance was tricky,as was finding the right apartment entrance. Once that was mastered we were blown away with the size and position of no. 16. Our only complaint was the condition of the outside table and chairs. These were in a very poor rusty and most uncomfortable state. I cut my finger on the rust spot on the table and was quite worried that it could get infected.. Happily I had Germoline with me and all is well. Loved sitting on the balcony having breakfast and playing cards - carefully - in the evenings, after dinner. Overall a delightful venue.

16 Marinus

Ours was an absolutely first class experience living in this uniquely situated, beautifully appointed, and superbly equipped apartment, located within a few minutes walk of the centre of Cowes and enjoying distant views overlooking the marina and beyond into the Solent. The apartment was a true home from home and the owners had thoughtfully provided everything, and anything that we could have reasonably required. The complimentary bottle of Prosecco on arrival, was an unexpected but greatly appreciated bonus, and it spoke of thoughtful owners welcoming special guests, which was a sentiment which remained with us throughout our entire visit. We feel privileged to have had the opportunity of living in this lovely home and we will most certainly return should the property be available in 2024.

great property .but had to phone to get cleaners to come ,heating in room didn't work had to use oil filled radiators .Problems report but no contact from owner .
