It was good to have a table and chairs on the decked area overlooking grassed space, where my grandson could play. Good location, near Fort Victoria and Colwell Bay and a short drive from the shops in Freshwater."

"Cottage very pretty and well equipped, shower excellent, bed a little hard, but slept very well. Didn't realise bathroom downstairs, but separate toilet too made up for this. Excellent dog walks on the doorstep, pretty bridal paths, lovely big garden, very dog friendly. Surprised no welcome pack, but shops a short drive, as were local pubs, the Three Tuns was lovely."

The house is fully equipped including indoor and outdoor games and is a great stay for families. A lovely well kept garden. The location is beautiful, clean and picturesque. Short walk to local shops and village pub. Walking distance to Bembridge beach. Local residents are friendly. We will definitely stay here again on another visit to the Island. "
