The shower/tub faucet didn’t work otherwise was fine. Was annoyed that when I checked in there was a hassle and at first said I had to wait to check in at 3 pm even though I had paid the night before as well and finally got ironed out and I asked to add an additional night, which was available on Expedia where I booked, but I wanted to add through front desk because if I booked through Expedia it would be as a separate booking and didn’t want to worry about the issue of having to check out at 11 per my reservation I already had and then back in at 3 and he told me to check in again later and wouldn’t add it so I had to do it through Expedia and go through the headache of ensuring I would have the same room and wouldn’t be expected to check out etc. could have been more customer service oriented/helpful overall and in that regard.
