Cove Bay Villa II "THE PENTHOUSE"

Cove Bay Villa II "The Penthouse" is the sister to Cove Bay Villa I. The Penthouse is a new construction that was recently completed in, December 2023. The Penthouse is on the top floor to Cove Bay Villa I. Each villa has a totally separate dwellings that share a common area to the front and backyard space. As you enter the Penthouse, you will love the open-concept with a spacious living room and kitchen, which leads you to a panoramic view of St. Maarten from the spacious balconies. During your warm evenings, you can step into the generous hot tub on your balcony and cool off or relax with your family/friends. Inside, you will find 3 beautiful well-appointed ensuite-bedrooms and half bath. Each bedroom also has a 50 " flat screen TV and a 65" flat screen TV, with unlimited channels and free movie options. The master bedroom has a very comfortable and luxury King bed, that opens to your balcony and offers fully unobstructed views to St. Maarten and the beautiful 18-hole International golf course of Aurora Resort. The second bedroom is also, of a generous size with a comfortable luxury King bed. The third bedroom which has 2 comfortable twin beds and has it's own balcony with another beautiful and unobstructed view of St. Maarten. This villa can accommodate up to 7 persons (with a rollaway bed or Aero Bed Queen mattress). The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything a great chef would need. Should you wish to pass on cooking, a private in-villa dining can be arranged per your request. Anguilla, has some wonderful chefs who would love to tease your palate with a wonderful Caribbean dining experience.

You will also find the penthouse has everything you could need for your "home away from home"; GE electric stove, microwave, dishwasher and a set of GE Smart washer and dryer. Lots of seating 4 chair dining table, 3 counter-height barstools, sofa, chair, ottoman and table, outdoor furniture on balcony. You will have the added comfort of a high tech outdoor multi camera security system, private automatic remote gate access to the driveway (shared driveway between Villa I), fully fenced in enclosed front and backyard (with shared space to common areas of front and backyard). Beautiful front yard lawn and island garden & trees, with lounge chairs for your use.

The nearest beach to the property is Cove Bay Beach which is a quick 1 minute drive or 5 minute walk to the beach. Beach chairs and beach towels are also available for your use, along with lots of sheets and towels. Other nearby beaches are Meads Bay Beach, Maundays Beach, Barnes Bay Beach, and Rendezvous Bay Beach. All of these beaches are beautiful and can give you that sun-kissed tan you desire. Should you wish housekeeping services during your stay, that can be arranged as well and paid directly to the housekeeper.

You can also find nearby supermarkets or mini-markets, service stations as well. Should you wish to dine closer to home, you can drive along the main highway to neighboring restaurants that offers a range of cuisines.
