"I have now stayed at the Echo Lodge in West Sacramento 4 times in the last 2 months and have stayed in 3 different rooms. It has quickly become my favorite affordable motel in the Sacramento area. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, everything works, and it is surprisingly quiet. Today when I walked into the office, she not only recognized me, she had already pulled up my reservation in the computer. She welcomed me back and handed me my key. I can't recall anything like that ever...

"Everything was good, we had one issue. The room next to ours was occupied by people that verbally and physically fought for a number of hours. We called the main desk and they said the would call them. If that happened it only helped for about 5 minutes. It was a long night. "

"Hidden gem!!! Initially, I was concerned about the area but the lodging was a huge surprise to me. Gated parking, exceptionally clean and bright room, staff who went out of their way to assist me, and quiet even though we were right off a Main Street. Will be staying here again the next time I come into the area. "

"Very pleasant overall. Staff was amazing. Parking was easy. Safe area. My only issue is that i asked if it was fragrance free, was told it was, but unfortunately , there were synthetic fragrances. I would have brought my own pillowcase and sheet had i known. Im hypersensitive to these and it did interrupt my sleep. "
