The accommodation is composed as follows:

First floor:
- 25 m² living room with TV, sitting area and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A study with a double sofa bed

Second floor:
- Bedroom 1: A queen-size bed (160×200) with a balcony of approx. 2m².
- Bedroom 2: Bunk bed (the top bunk is more suitable for a child).
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC

Exterior:
- A garden of approx. 80 m² facing east
- A West-facing garden of approx. 80 m² with a terrace of approx. 20 m² with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
