Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming house for rent in Courseulles-sur-Mer, 500 m from the beach, with a surface area of 92 m² and capacity for up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 35 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a shower room, a bathroom (with bathtub) and a garden of around 90 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic) included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 35 m² living room with TV, dining area, and double sofa bed
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

First floor:
- Bedroom 1 and 2: one double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90x190)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A beautiful 90 m² enclosed garden facing southeast
- A 9 m² terrace facing southeast, with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The house is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

Activities:
- Enjoy Juno Beach and visit the Memorial to immerse yourself in the history of the Normandy landings.
- Try your hand at sand yachting on the beach.
- Enjoy some sport or fun at the tennis courts, bowling alley, skate park, or cinema.
- Explore the Parc de l'Édit and the equestrian center for outdoor activities.
- Stroll through the town center and the port of Courseulles-sur-Mer, just a few minutes away.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (one vehicle). You can also park for free on the street.
