Dear People of Trust, we rent our family house with swimming pool between Montpellier and Sète.

Located in a very quiet residential area, in a cul-de-sac, this pleasant 120 m² air-conditioned house is ideal for family holidays.

It has 3 bedrooms, a large living room, 2 bathrooms with 2 toilets and an equipped kitchen, offering all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay.

Outside, you will enjoy a beautiful garden of 900 m², a swimming pool, a shaded terrace equipped with a gas plancha to share good times in the open air.

The house has a privileged location:

* 15 minutes from the beach of Aresquiers
* 25 minutes from Montpellier
* 25 minutes from Sète and the Etang de Thau
* 5 minutes by car from a Intermarché and amenities.

A peaceful setting, close to the sea and the main tourist sites of the region, perfect for discovering the Hérault while enjoying the calm.

Do not hesitate to contact us for any further information. (e.g. possibility to rent at the last minute, rental for 1 week or less...)

Linen and towels not provided. (will be provided for next summer) Only dish towels are. (Remember to take a shower mat if necessary)

Clarification on the rooms of the house: Master bedroom with bathroom included: Double bed 160X200 and storage
Teen's children's room: Single bed: 90X200 +toys+ books and storage

Sofa bed 1 person or 2 children (linen for small double bed ok + storage
All beds are protected by a new mattress protector.

Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need (oven, microwave / dishwasher / induction hobs / fridge, freezer / cutlery dishes, dishes, salad bowl....)
2 coffee makers: L'or barista ( nespresso) and/or 1 senseo.

Family bathroom: hair dryer included.
2 toilets
Washing machine.
Plancha available on the terrace.
Terrace in the shade.
Large garden.
Beach and garden games available.
Swimming pool 1m50 deep, around 30C° in the middle of summer. Open from May to the end of October.
For winter: a stove is available, which heats the whole house.
No TV!

1 children's bike available and an electric bike.
Possibility to park a car in the garden.
