La Meltiere a Beautiful 2-Bed Cottage in Courcite,

La Meltiere is a cosy cottage in a wonderful rural spot in Courcite, Mayenne The lovely accommodation and excellent location make it the perfect choice for a family get away or a get together with friends. This beautifully refurbished cottage retains traditional character but also includes a host of modern comforts, making it an ideal home away from home.


La Meltiere has a wood fire to keep you cosy and warm during your stay in Autumn and winter months. (Starter pack of wood is provided free of charge. Extra fire wood can be purchased on site). Staying here also allows you access to your own large garden, which is laid to lawn with its own fruit trees. Garden furniture is provided for those bright mornings and those sunset evenings.
Oh, and we welcome up to two (supervised) pets!

As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery and a dining room table and chairs for four people.
The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers ample comfortable seating with a flat screen television and internet access.

There are two double bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom, (one with a WC/bath and one with a WC/shower.)

100 % cotton linen, towels, desk fans and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
