The room could do with a fresh look eg paint,but it was clean.The shower was leaking !!
Staff was very helpful and friendly!!
Breakfast very good

Room windows could only be opened slightly and the room was very hot! The bathroom blinds were stained and falling apart. My pillow felt like a rock and I had a terrible sleep. The bathroom tub was slippery and my child slipped in it. The room had little to no sound-proofing. At supper time we were told a waiter would take our order but that did not happen.
For a conference hotel, this was a HUGE let-down.
