"This home is 5 minutes from one of the worst neighborhoods in Chicago. When I tried to cancel and get my money back the host refused. Even refused a partial refund. I was traveling with my elderly mother and 5 children, 8-17 years old."

"Overall, great spot! Close to a park, nice area, about 15-20 minute drive to downtown. Felt very safe and comfortable. There were a few quirks to get used to, but that's normal. The only thing to watch out for is that hydrant when you're backing out of the driveway! Otherwise, enjoy the views!"
