Bedroom 1 (Primary)
A serene retreat with a king-size bed, SmartTV, and direct access outside. This relaxing space includes a cooling gel memory foam mattress and blackout curtains. It is located at the front of the house, separate from other bedrooms.

FAQs

Is the home suitable for children?
Our home is great fun for children over the age of 5. We have steep stairs and a deck without a railing. While it's not very high, it is not super low either. This home is not a great option for younger children, mobile infants or adults with mobility concerns.

Can we swim or go on a boat in the pond?
No, the pond water is not circulated. Swimming, wading and boating in the pond is not allowed.

Can we fish in the pond?
YES! It is catch and release only. The pond is stocked with carp and bass.

Is the pond private?
No. It belongs to the community. You can walk the path around the pond, so don't be surprised to see people on a stroll or chilling on the bench in front of our home.

Can we feed the ducks and geese?
YES! We provide a small amount of floating duck food. We ask that you not feed them bread as it is bad for their digestive system.

Are the birds loud?
The geese leave in the morning and return in the evening. They can be talkative at night, so we offer a sound machine and earplugs for your use should you need them.
