  • The Ford House

    Located one block from Old Town Main Street

    This is the most romantic and elegant historically home in
    Old Town Cottonwood. It is a duplex with Model A being in front.

    This historic house, built in 1925 was recently remodeled
    from top to bottom. Enjoy a charming old home but with
    modern, luxurious amenities. The hardwood floors have
    been brought back to their original beauty. The historically
    decorated accents compliment the 1920's era.
    The Bedroom has a king size bed with all the amenities of a
    luxury boutique hotel. Spa quality Pima cotton sheets.

    Bathroom have a walk in shower with two shower
    heads and a stained glass window niche and
    robes and toiletries will make you feel pampered.

    The living room has a 58" Smart TV, 200 mg Wifi and
    a romantic old fashioned fireplace for those cozy evenings.

    A fully furnished kitchen has new retro-style appliances and
    everything that you could need including a Keurig coffee maker.



    There is free off street parking, a large front porch with
    swing and mature shady trees.


    A laundry room is available including an iron and full size
    ironing board.

    Just a short two minute walk to Old Town to enjoy gourmet
    fine dining, wine tasting, live music and shopping.

    Experience the old time Smelter town life but with a modern
    flair.

    Just a short 6 mile drive up to Jerome, the mining town built
    on a mountain that started it all.

    The beauty of Sedona and red rock is a short 20 mile drive.

This place is perfect for a trip to Cottonwood. Everything is prestige clean, bed was super comfortable and it was the perfect distance to walk to Old Town Cottonwood. We will definitely choose to stay here again when visiting!

The house was perfect for a couple. Wonderful weekend getaway. Walking distance to everything. Thank goodness for the AC units because it gets really warm in the house.

This property was very clean,comfortable and had all the amenities you would need. The kitchen was well stocked,and the bed was very comfortable! This property has alot of history.The owners Steve & Denise are very accomodating.... This is an older home that has been totally remodeled.Very charming. Its only about a 3 minute walk into Old Town Cottonwood! I would definitely stay here again!

This house was great and exactly as described. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The location was great. It was only a short walk to old town Cottonwood. The bed was very comfortable too. We slept great!

We had an amazing stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and located in such a central area that we walked most of the weekend. We also loved the history of the house and pride the owners showed in everything from the Welcome booklet to the finishes itself. Would definitely stay here again. Cottonwood is such a great little town.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay for visiting Cottonwood and the surrounding area. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurant, shops, and tasting rooms in Cottonwood, and we loved reading about the history of the house in book provided by the hosts. Hosts were very responsive. Would stay again.

This property was great for our weekend getaway. Our place was spotless and we loved the comfy king sized bed and huge shower. We will definitely stay here again. The location is perfect and so close you can drop off purchases made while shopping and head back out easily. Although we didn’t cook, the kitchen was well appointed. There are no screens on the windows, so we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping with the windows open but it didn’t matter due to the AC in the room that worked perfectly.

Throughly enjoyed our stay. Steve & Denise are kind, knowledgeable and accommodating hosts.This cottage has a lot of history behind it. If you stay there, be sure to read the book they've compiled; it's fascinating.I wish I could give it six stars!

The home is very nice, comfortable and quiet. There was a coffee pot, pots and pans, a little bit of everything in the kitchen really! Plenty of towels, pillows, etc. We had great Communication with the homeowners! We would definitely recommend!!

Exceptional stay at this bungalow home. Never moved the car for our weekend stay in Old Town Cottonwood. The home had everything we needed for comfort and relaxation. Ideal for checking out what Main St has to offer and had a great stay. Thanks to the hosts as well for excellent communication and hospitality. Will be back.

Wonderful time in Cottonwood

Enjoyed our stay in Cottonwood and the house was very nice. Perfect for a couple looking to get away and enjoy the entire Sedona area. Excellent restaurants, hiking, and touristy stuff.
