  • Welcome to our stylish 1BR cottage nestled in historic Old Town Cottonwood, AZ. Tasteful decor, modern amenities, and a central location make it your perfect getaway. Within walking distance, explore local wineries, dine at nearby restaurants, or simply unwind in our cozy oasis. Plus, only a short 20 minute drive to Sedona.

    Enter the property via a private entrance and dedicated parking space. The front door opens to the living area with a 55` Smart TV, couch, Marshall bluetooth speaker, and stylish seating area.

    The space features 1 bedroom; with a king sized bed, high-quality bedding, dresser, and closet. The private bathroom has brand new finishes and a large walk-in shower.

    The kitchen is fully-equipped for preparing meals with brand new appliances, cabinets, and countertops. The dining area comfortably sits 3.

    The unit is equipped with a starter supply of Nespresso pods, toiletries, cooking basics, and cleaning supplies.

    The guests have access to the entire unit and private parking spot. There is an additional fenced-in backyard that is shared between all three rental units.

    We are not located on the property but are available remotely as needed.

    This property is located in the heart of Old Town Cottonwood, a historic town known to have the best wine in Arizona. Located right on main street are 7 different wine tasting rooms. The neighborhood is safe for walking to nearby shops, restaurants, cafes, and hiking trails.

    A car is recommended for traveling around the Verde Valley area, however, the home is walkable to essentials.

    The home is a standalone dwelling that is located on a property that includes three total short-term rental units. Other guests may be present on the property during your stay. The entrance and front yard of this home are not shared with the other guests.

    Each unit has it`s own dedicated parking, please park in the correct space and do not block other guests cars.

    Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside the unit. Smoking inside will incur a $500 charge for deodorization. This is a noise sensitive community, any parties or events will be immediately shut down and act as cause for termination of reservation without refund.

This place is truly wonderful. Clean, comfortable bed, comfy couch and well stocked kitchen. The private yard and common back yard area are a nice touch. I can highly recommend it.

Great place!

Really enjoyed the stay. The rental was clean and very well decorated. The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Great location close to downtown! Would stay here again.

This was our second stay at this property and we loved it as much as the first time. It is comfortable, clean, quiet and in a great location for strolling downtown or heading to the park for a hike. Clara was helpful and responsive to all our questions. I’m pretty sure there will be another stay in our future!

Cozy and convenient in Cottonwood

Just as pictured, extremely comfortable bed and could walk to all the shops and restaurants! Quick weekend getaway in this cute cottage. Nespresso machine was a treat, sofa was perfect for relaxing after walking or hiking. Would definitely stay again!

Quiet getaway

My spouse and I had a wonderful stay at this quaint little home! It was cozy and clean and the communication with the host was wonderful. The small town was also a fun place to explore. We will definitely be coming back!

Very nice set up for the two of us. Location is great. Owner recommendations were great. We ate at the winery up the hill! Visited Jerome! Hiked Devil’s Bridge, Bell and Courthouse. Communications great. Wonderful place

Excellent Stay @ Old Town 1 Bedroom

We loved our 4 night stay at this VRBO. The house was very clean and comfortable and fully outfitted. The location is great. Short walk to excellent restaurants, brewery, & wine tasting. Easy access to hiking and mountain bike trails. This rental will be our first choice for our next trip to Cottonwood.

Great stay in Cottonwood

Great location and cute little spot in Cottonwood. Loved the bed and the Nespresso machine. Easy walk to main st. AC worked well since it was unusually warm for late October. Overall a great choice for this area.

We made the right choice with this home

A sweet little house in a great location! Comforable and equipped with everthing we needed. We were glad to escape the crowds and traffic of Sedona. Walked to great restaurants and shops . Nice backyard setting to relax after hiking. The property manager was very responsive to our questions.
