Guest or Guests will have access to entire home with the exception of a locked closet, house garage and the estates private stand-alone Amenity, “The BamaCave ” which is a special and unique amenity that can be available during the rental for an additional fee of $400 per evening plus a cleaning fee of $100 will also be required. The BamaCave is fully equipped with 3 large Sony HD TV’s, Surround Sound, Satellite TV, Sirius XM, Ambiance, Heating and Cooling, Ceiling fans, Bathroom and a small kitchenette with full size GE refrigerator and Microwave. The BamaCave can be used as a special amenity from 3pm until 11pm to view sporting events or as a guest’s personal and private amenity.
