"Everything it's good"

"Excelente servicio muy limpio los empleados muy amables"

"Pague extra por habitación frente a la alberca pero me dieron un cuarto hasta la esquina entonces jamás podía ver la alberca. Necesitaba estar checando a mi hija de 8 años! Lo peor fue encontrar basura de comida y cajas de comida en el balcón . Decidí ir a recepción y explicar la situación y me dieron otro cuarto justo abajo del otro donde de igual manera no se veía la alberca!"

"I stayed at this hotel recently, and the lobby service was very poor. The woman who checked me in was rude and unwelcoming. Later that night, I asked about coffee, and the man at the front desk didn’t even respond verbally, he only used gestures and didn’t acknowledge me properly, which felt very disrespectful. "Good"

"I stayed at this hotel before a I always enjoyed the crew and property"

"Everything was wonderful! The only thing not perfect was the pool could have been warmer, and the hot tub hotter."

"Amazing stay for the price. My family enjoyed the space and easy access to the beach. Everything you need is close to the condo. I will for sure book again."

"We loved that we could walk right out the living room or primary bedroom directly to the pool or beach! Will rent this exact unit again!"

"The elevator was down off and on the whole time were were there, including when we checked in. We had to carry all of our things up 8 flights of stairs. There was construction the entire time with things all over the walkways. I thought the price was really expensive for just two nights but the location was great."

Attention to. Small details would be a plus. Missed handles and not enough dishes for our party of 5 not silverware. Could use a little additional dishsoap orlaundry soap and tp. It wasnt enough for 5 days after constantly...

"My only complaint was a roach in the spare bedroom, we only found one but I’m always worried there are more. Otherwise it was a great location, beautiful view, short walk to the beach and wasn’t overly crowded. We had to leave early for a family emergency so I wish I could’ve enjoyed it for more than what I did. "

"Very run down property dirty pool green! Loud guests were not corrected until several complaints to security "
