The master bedroom features a king-size bed, Smart TV, and en suite shower room, while the second bedroom offers a double bed and the third includes twin beds. A separate family bathroom comes with a bath and overhead shower.



Inside, the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is modern and well-equipped, featuring a large Smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine, and coffee machine – ideal for cosy nights in or lazy mornings. French doors open onto a generous private decking area, complete with comfortable rattan seating arranged under a fixed gazebo – a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the sunshine.



Steps lead down to a private garden space, where the hot tub is positioned on a stone patio beneath a tilt-and-turn gazebo – providing a sheltered, all-weather spa experience. The garden also includes a brick BBQ stand and a picnic bench, making it the ideal setting for alfresco dining or sunset drinks.
