"Très bel hôtel. Chambres bien décorées (style contemporain, voire boutique), lit confortable. Près du cœur touristique, de la gare routière (bus) et pas trop loin de la gare SNCF. Le petit déjeuner est très bien aussi. Seul bémol: l’absence d’ascenseur. Espérez donc une chambre aux étages inférieurs si vos bagages sont lourds."

"This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at when in France, goose down white quilts, fresh bed linens, fluffy soft pillows, and comfortable mattress allow a weary vacationer/traveler to get a good night's sleep. The staff is wonderful, food at the in-house Jeanne D'Arc Restaurant is very good and reasonable for the fine cuisine. At the staff is very helpful and accommodating- especially Sheena who speaks French & English. I highly recommend this as the hotel to stay at in Rouen. Fitting it...
