The space
3 Floors. First floor has 1 bedroom, a large living space, a dining space and a gorgeous cozy kitchen. The living room also has a guest bathroom for an eventual guest entertainment. This first floor is rented separately.
The second and third floor plus a bonus rooftop is rented together. It contains a large living room and an American open concept kitchen on the second floor , while the bedrooms are on the third floor. The master bed and bathrooms are also uniquely designed and furnished to provide a home away from home. The rooftop is a bonus and delivers a gorgeous view of the city of Cotonou as well as the lake Nokoue. This entire building is home of comfort. It is elegant and is located in a peaceful quiet environment.
Guest access
The first floor guest can use only the entire first floor. The duplex guest can use both the 2nd and 3rd floor as well as the rooftop.
