Ancient farmhouse in the countryside

Modena holiday home is located in a small hamlet (Pizzon) in the municipality of Costermano sul Garda. It is about 1 km from the center of Castion Veronese where there are some restaurants, bars and a grocery store. About 3km away is the Golf Cà degli Olivi, a large riding school of new construction. About 7 km. The town of Garda and its beaches are located. Mount Baldo is 10 km away for excursions. Verona is about 35 km away.
The area where the structure is located is a destination for hikers, mountain bikers, for the various paths and paths (well marked) that offer views of both Monte Baldo and Lake Garda through woods and meadows.
The house is in a rural style typical of the area. A large renovation was carried out in 1987 with the modernization of the premises, systems, fixtures etc. A further renovation was carried out from November 2018 to February 2019 with the creation of a second bathroom, the installation of air conditioning, the wifi system and the modification of the kitchen area.
It consists of a lounge of approx. Sqm. 45 where there is an open space, the kitchenette, the dining area and the living area. There are also 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and one with a bunk bed) for a total of 6 beds. The bathrooms are shared (one larger and the other smaller) both equipped with toilet, sink, shower, bidet.
Both bedroom and bathroom linens are provided to the extent appropriate to customers.
The kitchenette is equipped with various utensils and appliances such as:
oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, crockery and cutlery, table linen, pots and kitchen accessories.
The dining area consists of a table of adequate size for 6 people
In the living area there is the sofa, the flat screen TV with satellite connection, armchair in the reading corner.
Heating is provided both by a pellet stove, by a gas system with radiators and a closed chamber boiler, by an inverter in the air conditioner.
Finally, there is a garden corner of about 30 square meters, equipped with a wood-burning fireplace, outdoor deck chairs, a 3-square-meter umbrella, tables and chairs for eventual meals outside.
The parking lot is adjacent to the structure and can easily accommodate 2 cars.
