"We spent a week in this very nice house in October 2023. The house is very clean, well furnished and both the owner and the property manager are very friendly and extremely uncomplicated. The house is situated in a very private area, the pool is huge and clean, the grounds are well kept and there are many shaded but also sunny spots. Unfortunately no sea view, but it is only a few minutes by car to the Costa Smeralda with beautiful beaches. The only drawback: below the house there was a storage...

"Uns hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen .Allerdings wäre es schön wenn die Küche besser ausgerüstet wäre.Teller,Gläser,gibt es ausreichend,Messer z.B.nur 4 und das sind Steakmesser,usw....und die Sauberkeit liess bei vielen Küchenutensilien zu wünschen übrig...Kaffeemaschine gibt es nur Espressokocher und die waren so verdreckt,dass wir einen neuen gekauft haben...Auch das es etwas muffig riecht,muss ich wie auch schon vorher erwähnt ,bestätigen....Die gestellten Handtücher haben wir selber...

"Wir waren etwas enttäuscht und auch entsetzt Die Wohnung und das Inventar ist veraltet und zum Teil kaputt Verrosteter Wäscheständer, der unsere Kleidung verfärbt hat. Ein Herd, der total veraltet war, es gingen nur 2 Gasflammen, die Matratzen sind durchgelegen, Schimmel an den Wänden in einigen Bädern, einige Schränke durch muffigen Geruch nicht benutzbar uvm Die Wohnung ist in der unteren Etage dunkel. Ennio ist ein netter Mann und der Pool ist sensationell mit einem Traumblick."

"Villa was nice. Quite overlooked by surrounding villas though but we stayed out of seasons so wasnt an issue for us. Its more of a 'trek' to beach and shops, would definitely recommend car hire. Would have been nice to have had some essentials in the house when we arrived, our flight was a late one so we had nothing at home to eat when we arrived, and some more toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and washing tablets would have been helpful. "The property is exactly how it views on the photos. It has all the amities you need for a great stay. The beds are comfortable and spacious! A bonus is the outside shower which is amazing! The checkin and checkout process were super simple! Thanks for a super stay!"

"We had a wonderful 11 nights stay at the house. Communication was perfect, both the owner and the lady with the keys communicated very well, both before we arrived, while we travelled to the house and during our stay. The pool is actually bigger than it looks in the pictures. Comfortable beds with lovely towels and linen. It is a 15 walk to the beach which also has a nice restaurant. about the same to walk to the nearest shop and another restaurant. You will need a car to explore further...

"Lo bueno las vistas desde el apartamento, los baños están reformados, el resto es antiguo. Falta mucha decoración. Lo malo No tiene tostadora, nespresso, hervidor, microondas ni horno, muy complicado para desayunar o cenar con tan pocas cosas. Te piden separar los residuos y solo te dejan un tacho de basura pequeño con uña bolsa. No hay kit de limpieza para la cocina ni pastillas de lavavajillas. El duchador estaba roto y en el living no funciona ninguna lámpara, estaban todas las bombillas...

"Lo contrate el mismo día por la mañana, llegamos 14 hs, atendían a partir de 17 hs. Nos presentamos, piden mails de contratación y pasaporte, al final nos dicen que de limpieza cobran 70 euros, 50 de cocina y 200 euros de garantía. Era por una noche que costaba 65 euros, bajo mi disconformidad me retiré y contraté un ByB muy bueno por 55 euros y sin problemas , me quede 2 días en este lugar hermoso"
