I left a star off of service due to not interacting with staff at check in or check out. I prefer checking in on my own, however I had no interactions with them to really judge. Otherwise we had a great stay and would love to come back in the future."

"The motel room was very clean and the owner was responsive. We were pleasantly surprised to have a king bed when we expected a queen. Located within walking distance of a coffee spot and also some great restaurants. Great home base for exploring the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park."

"My husband and I are at the end of a two week driving trip. The beds in this cabin were the most comfortable of our whole trip. It took a while for the little air conditioner to cool down the room, but once it did, it was quite nice. The decor was standard "cabin" style with a nice campfire area. I would stay here again and do recommend. "

"Betsie Riverside Resort is the perfect, quiet spot and is minutes from everything! The cabin was clean and made great use of the space. The deck was perfect for sitting by the river and enjoying nature. We will definitely be going back!"

"Contacted the property ahead of arriving because of a confusing email I received. They were able to confirm our reservation and checked us in over the phone, which allowed us to continue our sightseeing and not have to worry about it. The bathroom was small but the water was hot. One downside is that since it's on a main road there was lots of traffic noise in the morning. "

"We love this cute Inn, try to stay here every our visit - Sleeping bear Dunes! Friendly caring staff! Room is small but very clean and bright white. "The location was great for getting to all the areas we love in NW michigan and the resort property itself is AMAZING as always - but the condo is dated, should offer more linens for the stay due to the fact that there is no washing/drying machine available. Just didn't get a good "clean at home" kind of feeling - the vent when you enter good use a good wipe down. It's the first thing you see! "
