"This condo is perfect, pool view and beach view it’s within steps of pool and beach. Close to bus stops, grocery store small mall and pharmacy. Catch a bus to many restaurants for only 12 pesos per person. It’s great for families with the pool and beach access being so close."

"I had my bachelorette party here and it was PERFECT for 10 girls, especially with the 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a spacious backyard with a 10-seater dining table, and large living room/kitchen areas. The management was communicative and flexible with check in and other requests. It was in a more isolated part of town but the beach and shops were just a short golf cart ride away. "Pictures are amazing but in real life, it was even better!! Will not stay anywhere else in the island moving forward. Gorgeous pool, exclusive beach access, and a comfy bed. What more could one ask for? Poli had our golf cart waiting for us when we arrived and it has easy access to many wonderful restaurants. Love that it’s away from the hustle and bustle of the north end, yet a quick golf cart ride should we decide to shop, etc."

"everything was good but a constant drilling noise starting at 8:30 am and lasting all day from next door property. while landlord and concierge tried to help it was never corrected. so the entire stay was disrupted by heavy construction noises all day."

"We had a wonderful family vacation! The home was perfect for the 13 of us and accommodated all of our needs. The house is clean and well appointed for large groups. Victor and Ginny were very attentive to our needs and if you pay for the chef service, they really do their best to accommodate all of your diet and meal preferences and prepare the tastiest meals! You do need a golf cart or taxi in order to get around as the home is not within walking distance to town. We had such a wonderful time...

"Our condo was awesome! Very clean and had just about everything we needed. It also has a washer and dryer which made it nice not having to go back home with loads of laundry. Plenty of room and the back patio personal pool was just what we all needed after a hot day outdoors! Highly recommend!!"
