The private house is in the coveted Eastside area of Costa Mesa.
Our VACATION RENTAL is close to Disneyland and 2 miles to the beach. A 1/2 mile walk to the walking trails of Newport Back Bay. We are 1.5 miles from John Wayne airport.
An ideal base to explore the Orange County area. It has everything you need for your trip. It is equipped with a washer, a dryer, and Wi-Fi. During your stay, you have the convenience of a private fenced yard, with a patio and BBQ.

Very clean and comfortable. Our dogs were happy with the yard which we enjoyed as well. We especially liked how quiet and private the place was. The host responded quickly with any communication we had. We plan to come back!

We did not see our hosts at all—which was fine. The house was exactly as advertised. They had stocked the kitchen really well—enough plates, glasses, appliances, etc. had basics of coffee, etc. Beds were super comfortable and the accommodations very private. Lovely unique touches for the holiday season as well, cute miniatures and decor. Great central location—we were visiting our daughter at UCI and did a lot of day trips—super close to where we had to be.Only one thing—the WiFi did not have enough bandwidth to stream the NCAA playoffs. Otherwise, everything was great.

We didn’t realize it was the guest house behind another property when we booked. Overall, it was a clean safe space. Kitchen was well stocked and organized. It was also quiet despite the fact that it’s a guest house.

Valerie and Jim were very welcoming as well as Floyd(their dog). It was a very comfortable and well stocked house. We really enjoyed the backyard space to have coffee in the morning and wine in the evenings. The location worked out perfectly for us as it’s very close to our family and great walking distance to Back Bay. We are looking forward to staying there again next year!

Warm, welcoming house

We stayed here with another couple while in town for a family event and really enjoyed it. The house was clean, well organized, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, and the backyard garden was a great spot for relaxed dinners and conversation.The location is quiet and convenient, and the hosts were friendly while respecting our privacy. A comfortable and easy place to stay—would definitely recommend.

The perfect location

My family was visiting Costa Mesa to visit our first grandchild. My son and his wife live in Costa Mesa and we found this VRBO blocks from his apartment. Everything we needed was within walking distance and in a great neighborhood. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor living space for us to enjoy.

Excellent stay!

We were having our home fumigated and stayed here while we had to be out. Such a comfortable “home away from home”! This home had everything we needed and more. Valerie was an amazing host and very accommodating of our crazy schedule getting out & back in to our home.
