Welcome to Costa di Sognu, a property full of flowers and trees, with swimming pool, and views of the village and the sea: a green and relaxing setting! On a 3-hectare property comprising 13 cottages (6 semi-detached mini-villas in one building and 7 semi-detached apartments in another building), mini-villa of 24 m². It comprises: - Living room/kitchen area with a sofa bed (80x190cm) - 1 bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm) that can be joined on request - Shower room/WC Third week of rental free (offer valid between April 5th and May 31st and from September 20th) One additional person can stay free of charge on the sofa bed in the living room - Covered terrace (16 m²) - Small garden - Garden furniture - Electric barbecue - Free parking spaces within the property Shared facilities: - Swimming pool shared by the 13 cottages at the top of the property (10x4 meters, depth: 1.40 meters) with a shallow end ideal for young children (2.50m x 1.50m water) and panoramic views of the plain and the sea. Open from May 10th to 27th September, heated from May 10th to June 14th and in September. Safety system: protective barrier.
