"Pet dogs sitting on same sofas as guests. They do leave behind ticks and hair which gives bites from ticks and allergic skin reactions which gives guests itchy feelings and hives swellings on arms and feet. Not pleasant experiencs when on holidays at the resort. Stony walkways to rooms is not comfortable for some guests. You need to employ more men to make luggage handling easier for workers at the resort."

"They have given us dirty room, bedsheets never changed, toilet is dirty and mirror. Shower is super dirty . Toilet seat is moving. Mold on pillows. Service is so terrible that we were moving from one villa to another at mid night and no admin is open at night "

"We asked staff to bring us a towel because they only gave us two and it was four of us. We waited and waited, and they never brought the towel. They have a sizzling lamp platter and there is barely any lamb on it."

"El hotel es ideal para hacer noche si tienes un vuelo temprano o si llegas muy tarde y quieres descansar antes de continuar a otro hotel. Habitaciones sencillas, sin ascensor a la segunda planta. Puedes ir a pie al aeropuerto, pero aun asi, el hotel tiene servicio shuttle gratuito que es una opción muy buena si no quieres cargar con las maletas."

"Lai was a great host and looked after us well. He cooked lovely dinners and told us about the local walks and even played the guitar for us. The location was beautiful and we enjoyed swimming in the river and patting the cat. Just note that during our visit the wifi wasn’t working and we found the bed uncomfortable. Also, take cash to pay for your meals."

"This is nothing more than a basic airport hotel. The photos are misleading and it is of much lower quality than it appears. The food is terrible and the service even worse. If staying here you will need super low expectations or just choose somewhere else, it’s not worth what they are charging. The deluxe room should have come with a patio or terrace seating area according to the description but only came with a step. The doors to the room are patio doors and offer no insulation against noise....

"Very nice couple stay. We spend 6 days and it was fantastic. Perfect couple getaway. You get an entire island just for yourself. Food amazing , friend staff ( special mentions to Sammy, Ben) they made everything they could to make our stay the best. We spent New Year’s Eve there and it was fantastic. Really good choice !"

"Short Summary :Bed bugs, no Wi-Fi in rooms, no hot water, and significant cleanliness issues. Positives first: after requesting transport for a 5am arrival, we were pleasantly surprised and appreciated being greeted at the resort. Unfortunately, the stay quickly went downhill. Our "villa" was a demountable with thin adjoining walls. I scratched all night and discovered bed bugs, some still crawling on the bed sheet. We were moved to another room without question. "It’s fine for a one-night stay before catching the ferry to the islands. However, there was no one here for breakfast at 6 a.m. We were sent to the restaurant of the owner’s hotel after being told we would receive a 15% discount. In the end, there was no discount, we found a hair in one of our dishes, and my glass still had lipstick marks from the previous guest."
