Set in a sunny, elevated position just 100 metres from the centre of Cossombrato, the estate extends across a fully fenced private grounds of 5,000 square metres, enveloping the residence in a beautifully maintained wildlife garden adorned with flowers and natural landscaping. The kidney-shaped swimming pool, spanning 100 square metres with a depth of 120 centimetres, serves as the centrepiece of outdoor leisure, available seasonally from 1 April to 30 November. An open walk-through room with characteristic sloping ceilings houses 1 double bed, offering a distinctive and atmospheric sleeping area. The ground floor is completed by a large kitchen and 2 separate WCs. On the upper floor, the sleeping accommodation continues with 2 rooms each configured with 2 beds and 1 double bed, each featuring a private shower and WC.
