This was the perfect place for the 4 generations that used it. It was just as the ad advertised except you can’t describe sitting in the huge window room and watching the sun rise in the morning. We all enjoyed our coffee, talking and laughing together in that room. The house is convenient to all the Amish tourist sites and Roscoe Village. Highly recommend this home!

Spinning Weekend

We spent our yearly spinning weekend at the house, and it was perfect for our needs. Tons of room, comfortable, oh so clean. Mr Yoder even cleaned the snow off our cars when we were getting ready to leave. We had a lovely time.

Excellent location and house!

This house was in a perfect location- very spacious, plenty of room to sprawl out with a great game room and the kitchen was equipped with any and all cooking necessities we needed! Joseph was a great host with impeccable communication. We will definitely be going back.

Ladies Weekend

We come every year for the Apple Butter Stirring Festival and stay different places. (20 years now) Joseph is sp sweet and kind. Place is extremely clean, nice view and property, fun games, plenty of room. Already booked it for next year. Thank you!

Our stay at his beautiful home for the weekend was BREATHTAKING. Words cannot express our gratitude of the warm welcome and hospitality. We stayed at this property for a baseball tournament in Coschocton. It was perfect. The kids played in the large backyard and had lots of things to do. The house was very clean and comfortable. Joseph, the owner, is excellent- very friendly and responsive. We will stay again if ever in Coschocton.

Excellent accommodation for our family

We were well pleased with our stay at this spacious and well furnished home. It was apparent that cleanliness and fresh looks all around are important to this host. From the comfy couches and beds, to the fully furnished kitchen, we couldn’t ask for a better place. Easy access off the highway, but far enough away from traffic for a relaxing stay. We will definitely be back.
