Sleeps 18 Guests - Enjoy the ultimate family vacation in your private indoor pool, home theater room with 9 foot theater screen, theater seating and surround sound. The kids (and adult kids) will love the game room with pool table and stand-up multicade with 60 games including 80's classics such as pacman.

While the kids play, gather in the great room and share meals in the full kitchen with dining there is a gas grill on the deck!

Enjoy 2 king master suites, 1 queen suite and a loft bunk room as there is plenty of room for the kids. The upper level bedroom has a king bed and queen over queen bunk.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. The cabin is nice but not as advertised. We were disappointed at things advertised to be in the cabin that were not there. There is absolutely no view!!! And the cabin next to us was so close. The bathrooms are micro in size and there is no storage in the bathroom. All the cabinets in the kitchen have dishes in them. There is no space to store food. So a cabin that is supposed to sleep 20 people, where are we supposed to put groceries? Also a very small fridge.

Don’t waste your money

Check in was supposed to be at 3. They kept saying they would text us when cleaning was finished. Finally at 5 we drove up to the cabin. No one was there working. Contacted elk springs. After going through their telephone hoops you have to leave a message and wait for them to get back with you. When they returned my call they said the roads were too bad for the cleaning crew to go out. The roads were dry! They said they would contact cleaning crew. I asked how I would be compensated they said I would not. At 8:30 that night we got in. Everyone was tired and grumpy. The pool was 80 degrees. Contacted elk springs. Once again had to wait for returned call. They said that was within acceptable limit. Next morning the pool was 74 degrees. Pool room was very cold. Door to outside of pool room did not lock. On arrival hot tub was 66 degrees. Could not use. Mouse droppings in upstairs bath and also downstairs bed frame. Ping pong paddles had material missing. The paddles were under one end to level the table since levelers were missing. DVD player did not work. Cabin needed a good scrubbing. Very disappointed in stay!!! The whole purpose of renting this cabin was because of the pool for my grandchildren. Which couldn’t be used. They finally agreed to refund a little over $300 for the late check in. This stay for less than 48 hrs was almost $2000. Expected more. My daughter left her pearl earrings on the nightstand. Contacted them immediately. They said they would reach out to cleaning crew. Nothing. We all wanted to leave a review but they took it off the web site. Can you help with additional compensation?

Quiet and peaceful

The cabin was very nice. Was plenty of room for everyone without feeling you was on top of each other. Enjoyed everything the cabin had to offer. My husband saw a bear while there was able to get a picture. Only somewhat down side was the fire pit looked nicer and bigger on line but it’s was ok. Otherwise nice place would come back in a heart beat

Overall experience was good

Everything seemed nice at check in. Ended up finding dried food that we had to clean off of the counter by the stove, and the coffee maker was full of used coffee in a paper towel. Found a few other minor damaged things with the games, but didn't cause any issues. The shower in the room upstairs wasn't working right, and we had a problem with the grill only wanting to burn one side of the burners, but it eventually started working. Didn't really use the hot tub or pool very much. The only time I had to contact the property manager was when the internet quit working after a storm, because cell coverage is kind of weak in the area. They gave us the OK to restart the modem, and everything was back to normal. They responded right away. Location was a little far for getting to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area, but not terrible. It was convenient for getting to the place where we did white water rafting. Overall, we were happy with the cabin.

We loved it

Cabin was clean, loved the location of the pool. Didn’t have 3 flight of stairs to get to it ! Had a problem with the hot tub and it was addressed and fixed quickly! We all had a great time and would definitely come back !

Enjoyable

Overall definitely a good time and enjoyable. This place could use some tlc but nothing we felt was worth hassling the owners over for our short trip. Some bedding and other furniture could be upgraded. Not sure if the pool was suposed to be at a certain tempature but it was cold for us but not to cold to swim in we still enjoyed it just didn't let the toddlers swim. Seemed in the pictures like the theater room was separated but it's in the room with the pool table didn't phase our group none it was just sort of unexpected from provided pics. We placed check in at 3 our pool just wasn't ready we were able to get in the door after I messaged them just had to wait for the pool to be ready which again wasn't a big deal. We couldn't get the dryer to dry the greatest, but over all it was a nice stay I would definitely book with them again just maybe a different place only because of family preferences. The kitchen had abosuletly everything you could need. I felt most reviews on this that were negative didn't get ahold of the property management, or were just excessively picky we had no complaints or major issues management replied quick to questions or concerns

False advertisement!

Absolutely awful the pictures posted on the website or absolutely not descriptive of the actual property the pool was not pretty and blue and nice it was green and filled with algae no movement with a pump that needs to be cleaned . the air conditioner upstairs 83° during the day when we have babies that need to sleep up there and elderly people at night was 79 and they basically told us sorry about your luck they gave us a teeny tiny window air conditioner unit meant for a 10 x 10 bedroom which was supposed to cool down an entire open three 400 square-foot area plus the upstairs bathroom. When we complained multiple times about the issue and it not being fixed they insisted it was and also let us know that not only were we not refunded or compensated in anyway for our inconvenience but that there was nowhere else for us to go so basically we have to suck it up and they were gonna take her money anyway the most God awful company their Facebook doesn’t even have a review page because they’re so bad multiple people have complained on the Better Business Bureau with the same exact complaints you’re not getting what you pay for you’re getting robbed in fact. The cabin sleeps 18 but has a refrigerator meant for a studio apartment we had to purchase coolers in order to keep all of our food cold for all 18 people. Forget the hot tub there was a huge wasp nest above it and then outside of it. And forget sitting on the back porch and enjoying the outside because the smell of raw sewage engulfed you and it’s awful you can barely breathe this place is a rip off these people are criminal they should be ashamed of themselves the only saving grace was that our family hadn’t seen each other in 25 years we were so happy to see each other that we dealt with the despicable conditions.

Fun family vacation

We enjoyed everything except we could not enjoy our pool cause the heater never worked and that was the only reason I paid that price for a place to stay. They did send maintenance but they were unable to fix why breaker kept being tripped even when no one was there to use something to trip it. Two king beds were hard they are checking on upgrading them. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. The manager was great on responding to issues quickly and friendly. Thank you

Holowell Vacation 2020

We stayed a week and we all had a good time the cabin was clean and enough room for all 18 of us. Definitely will stay again and also friends are interested in where we stayed. Highly recommend!!!!!!
