• Secret Speakeasy Room: Sip cocktails in the secret speakeasy (if you can find it 😉) while you play poker or card/board games and watch your choice of sports, shows, or movies on 2 side-by-side tv’s.

• Movie Theater Room: Kick back in one of 12 reclining chairs and watch your favorite movie on the big screen. Don't forget the popcorn!

• Heated Infinity Pool & Hot Tub: The mountain views from the pool are unmatched! Reach out to us about heating the pool before your arrival.

Our property is just a 7 minute drive from the Cosby entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.



During the Winter months we suggest all wheel drive vehicles. Any other time of year 2 wheel drive vehicles are okay.



Our home is conveniently located just 5 minutes off the interstate, making it easily accessible for all guests. Park in the parking garage and catch an Uber / Lyft downtown.

• Pool Closure (Seasonal): The infinity pool is closed from December 1 through March 1 and cannot be used during this time. The pool reopens after March 1, weather permitting.

• Pool & Spa Maintenance: The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced once weekly.

• Pool Heating (In-Season Only): Available during operational months for $345 per day. Heating applies to the pool only and is not available during the winter closure period.

• Pool Depth: 5 FT



• Pets: Up to 2 dogs allowed with a $250 pet fee. Pets must remain off furniture and be crated if left unattended. Excess fur or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.

• Weather & Travel Insurance: No refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or circumstances beyond our control. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.



• No Smoking / No Parties: Strictly enforced.



• Noise Policy: Noise complaints or law enforcement calls will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.



• Amenity Disclaimer: All amenities (including outdoor furniture, Wi-Fi, and appliances) are inspected prior to check-in; however, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted functionality during your stay.
