• Cabin 1 is cozy and family-friendly, with a 2nd level full kitchen, natural green theme, and a swinging queen bed in the sunroom that doubles as a 2nd bedroom.

• Cabin 2 brings the personality — think bright interiors, pastel accents, and a sunroom with a private hot tub and forest views. (Plus a king bed fit for a queen — or Dolly herself.)



Wake up to the sounds of nature, spend your days exploring the Smokies, and come home to your own little mountain village — hot cocoa in one hand, marshmallow stick in the other. Does it get any better?!

• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.

• Trash: Please place all trash in the outdoor locked trash cans.

• Pets: We welcome your furry friends! A $100 pet fee applies.

• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Fees apply and vary depending on the requested time, with a starting fee of $60. We may not always be able to accommodate these requests—please message us in advance for details.

• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

We use commercial-grade antimicrobial agents and ensure that bed sheets and bath towels are professionally laundered between each guest stay.

• However, it's important to note that we cannot guarantee that our properties are 'completely sterile' or 'COVID-free,' just as no other business can reasonably make that claim. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion.

• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds for cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is affordable and provides excellent protection against unforeseen cancellations.
