This cabin is along the highway, but, it has a good 100 feet of trees and foliage between the cabin and the highway. As most of the reviews will show, the steady running sound of the creek will drown out almost any noise.



Restaurant recommendation: The Greenbrier - 22 min drive (14.6 miles)



Guest Access:

• Access codes will be provided for self-check-in.

• There are four steps on both the front and back porch for entry.

• Maximum Occupancy: Maximum of 5 guests, including adults, children, and infants. No additional guests are permitted due to fire safety and insurance requirements.

• Age Requirement: All guests must be 18 or older, except children staying with their parents or guardians.

• No Parties: Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Noise complaints or law enforcement calls may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund.

• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited.

• Pets: Pets are welcome! A $150 pet fee applies for up to 2 dogs. Just a friendly reminder—if you’re traveling with pets, please keep them off all furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs. This helps us keep the home clean and comfortable for every guest. Excess pet hair, dander, or any damage to linens or furniture may require additional cleaning or replacement and could result in extra charges. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee starting at $60. Please message us in advance to check availability.

• Cancellations & Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for protection against unexpected cancellations, weather, natural disasters, power outages, and other unforeseen events. We’re unable to offer refunds or rescheduled stays outside Airbnb’s Extenuating Circumstances Policy.

• Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of essential items. Please bring your personal toiletries and plan to purchase additional supplies if needed.

• Trash: At checkout, please place all trash in the designated cans near the garage or in the dumpster.
