Welcome to your prime Corvallis staging area, ideally located for easy access to both OSU campus and downtown—just minutes away! This home is the perfect base camp for exploring everything Corvallis has to offer, with the added bonus of being walkable to campus and local attractions. Whether you’re visiting for a university event, a family getaway, or exploring the city, this location simply can’t be beat!

The home itself is a bright, open-floor-plan haven, with sunroofs in both the living room and game room, filling the space with natural light. The spacious living area features plush seating and a 65” Smart TV, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day.

In the stunning all-granite kitchen, a huge island and rich oak cabinetry offer a sophisticated setting for meal prep or gathering with loved ones. Two dining areas ensure plenty of space for shared meals, whether inside or out.

Interesting house - seems to be transitioning from a long term rental to short term. The mega-sized shampoo, conditioners, dishsoap were a surprise. Lots of room in the house with well worn but comfy furniture. Mostly clean in the house and bathrooms but the pots/pans and ovens a bit dirty. Kitchen pretty well stocked with utensils and dishes but lacking in the number of water glasses AND NO wine glasses at all. The property descriptions of the bedrooms is totally wrong with only one bed per bedroom. Host was very accomodating and quick to answer questions. Would stay there again at our price but bring my own grill. Hopefully the property gets sprayed for all of the ants roaming around...
