"This place is horrible. Waited for an hour before anyone was even visible that worked there. After attempting to check in we still had to wait another 30 mins to finish checking in due to them not being ready. I arrived on time to check in. No towels for the pool were stocked the whole time I was there. Will not go back. Rather sleep in my car."

After one and a half hours of being opened, the following food for breakfast was totally out: coffee, OJ, Apple Juice, bread, yogurt, eggs, sausage, waffle butter spray, spoons, pastries, plates. Had to go to the main desk and get help. The gal who helped looked like I woke her up when she came out from behind a closed door. She went to the dining area, and saw what was missing. "We had minimal options as we needed to have our pet with us and for the price we weren’t expecting much. The beds are hard but the bedding and towels were clean. The rooms overall not so much. Dust so thick it was fuzzy on the lamp/shelf between the two beds. Lots of stains on carpet and furniture. No peep hole on the door. Side entrance lock was broken so anyone can come in and out. "First they have an excellent General Manager (Quanetta Campbell). All of the employees of the hotel seem to function as a team! The housekeepers,the kitchen staff, and the desk clerks are so accommodating. My room was spotless. I had my little dog with me and the hotel is very pet friendly. I will be staying there again soon."

"Laundry room dirty, coffee and hot water lukewarm at best, I have spent over a month in this hotel over the past few years and i have never seen the halls vacuumed…..they either need more staff or more motivation…..if this were not the only modern hotel in town it would be empty."
