"What a wonderful experience! The staff was so friendly and helpful- not one unhappy face even though it was Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. I like the way they have breakfast set up. You can just have quick toast, cereal, pastries, fruit or yoghurt type things from the buffet or order something more substantial from the menu and then start with buffet items while you wait. My husband had the Great British Breakfast and I had porridge with blueberries and honey from the bees on the hotel roof!...
