This Vacation Rental is on a spacious 5 acres of land which is beautiful each and every season, whether it is snowing with a white wonderland of frost or spring with all the fresh greenery and flowering blooms . This property features 3 newly remodeled homes that are all connected via the party pathway, making this rental the perfect destination for family reunions, work retreats, graduation parties and pretty much any gathering that requires space to sleep up to 30.

The Big House: (2,500 sq ft - House 1) 5 bedroom 3 bath vacation rental is the perfect home to be able to have the family and friends all together while not being crammed on top of each other in a little 1000sq ft AirBNB. The Large master bedroom features it's own bathroom and the room is 20' x 40' and if you have many many guests there's extra space for blow up mattresses! The upstairs floor features a bathroom and two large 20x20 loft bedrooms with balconies that have wood decks that overlook the beautiful mountain trees scenery. The kitchen has been remodeled with all new appliances which is a major plus. The living room has a stone wall with a gas fireplace for a nice country look. This home is perfect for entertaining your guests in multiple areas in the home. We encourage you to come and give it a try before it's already pre-booked for years to come! And if you are wanting to visit Tennessee for Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and some cool mountain scenery and attractions, Dollywood isn't far away so you can enjoy a large vacation home without the high Gatlinburg prices for a 2500sq ft home. The University Of Tennessee / Downtown Knoxville (Under 15miles away / about 20mins) and the Knoxville zoo is under 10miles away. Happy and safe travels everyone :-)

Middle House: Need a place to kick back relax and enjoy some mountain scenery? Look no further..... We have a 1600sq ft (House 2) 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom newly remodeled vacation home that has a hot tub and a nice wrap around wood front porch patio deck. The kitchen has been remodeled with all new appliances which is a major plus.

We have a 1900sq ft (House 3) 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom newly remodeled 3 story vacation home that has two large bedrooms on the 3rd story with a bathroom and a back patio wood deck with balcony. The middle floor features the living room and the kitchen has been remodeled with all new appliances which is a major plus. The 1st floor has the exercise room to keep in shape while on a vacation getaway.

House 1 = 5 Bedrooms

The middle house is the only 1 story house, there are a few steps to get up on the porch. The hot tub room is located on the side of the middle house between the 2 bedroom 3 story house and middle house. Parking is on site with the two driveways. Hopefully this info helps :-)

We're located in the House Mountain Neighborhood with the trails of House Mountain Park only being 9min away from our front door. The beautiful trails wind up to Knox County’s highest point! The overlook from the 2,100-foot crest offer exceptional views of the parallel ranges of mountain ranges some 30 miles away. The trails can be steep as they wind through heavily wooded terrain dotted with impressive rock outcrops.

House Mountain also is a favorite place for birdwatchers as migrating hawks and warblers can be observed from the mountain. In addition, ruffed grouse, pileated woodpeckers, scarlet tanagers, wild turkeys, and more than one hundred additional species of birds have been observed on the mountain.

The 500-acre park (9min away), located at 9601 Hogskin Road, also includes a picnic area, shelter and restroom. We are lucky to be in the same House Mountain Neighborhood. Check out some of the views from the park in our photos.

New Years Family Reunion

My family of 30 plus people stayed in these 3 properties for a week during New years and we had the best time. We all fit comfortably and most rooms are very spacious. The property is conveniently located right by major stores and small markets to do all the grocery shopping. We got a Costco order delivered with no problem. The kids loved to make s’mores at night by the camp fire and the adults enjoyed the night time dip in the heated jacuzzi. It’s about a hour drive from Gatlinburg. The houses are perfect for family reunions, we will definitely want to book again next year.

Great for large groups

Great place for a family reunion. Plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms. If you are looking for high end may not be for you. Very clean and good space for large groups. 3 stoves for Thanksgiving was wonderful.

Nice country compound

Our group of 16 had plenty of space to spread out between the 3 buildings. Main house has 5 spacious bedrooms, but is in need of some updates and the kitchen is small for such a big house. The beds were comfortable, which is a nice touch.

Older prop but quite enough room for alll. Great owner communication spot on and quick. Thank you for the beautiful views and relaxation. Tvs in back house some worked but overall great stay.

Good but not great

Our general experience was good and the owner was very responsive to our questions about the property. The three houses worked well but there isn't one big area for everyone to gather. The supplies in the kitchen are rather random. One of the houses didn't have any mugs or coffee cups. We stopped at Goodwill and picked some up. They fit in well with the other random supplies. Very low on bowls in the big house. Luckily, we brought lots of paper plates, glasses and plastic ware. Bath soap is another thing we went out and bought as there wasn't any provided in any of the 3 houses. I've come to expect that there won't be enough toilet paper for a several day stay and this was true here too. We now always bring extra with us. One of our group was in a wheel chair during the visit. It worked pretty well as long as she stayed in the main part of the big house. There are little steps into many of the rooms as the house is old and renovations have been made throughout the house. So, it worked but wasn't smooth sailing and the property certainly isn't easily handicapped accessible. I think the deck of the big house must have a yellow jacket nest under a portion of it. During the day, there were always numerous yellow jackets. One of our group is highly allergic to their stings so was not comfortable being on the deck which is the largest gathering area. We had over 20 people and the place did work for us and we all had a good time.

Budget Friendly place to stay. These are older properties and that was evident. Floors were not level in main house and the kitchen counter was loose. Overall an ok place to stay. We did have to buy additional toilet paper and garbage bags.

Would stay again

We had a few hiccups but nothing we couldn’t handle for just a 3 night stay. A tiny refund would have been nice since I do not know when I will be in Tennessee again, but oh well. The owner/management seemed very nice, responded quickly to emails. Hopefully those little things will be fixed for next people that stay.

Plenty of room for everyone

We had a great experience. There was plenty of room for everyone that came with us for our wedding along with our two dogs. It was expecially nice to find out there was two hot tubs. There is plenty of room to park the drive ways are a little steep.

We loved the fact that it has 11 bedrooms between the three homes! It wasn’t to far from Gatlinburg. The property is not kid friendly though there is no where for them to go outside so they were in the house with the adults all the time.

Not what we expected or wanted.

It is three separate buildings, each had issues. The first has 5 bedrooms the first floor has 3 BR and 2 full baths. The baths are about the size of a small phone booth. One is listed as a handicapped bath. NO grab bars at all and the shower is barely large enough to stand in. Maybe the worst is the mattresses, about 5 inches thick and hard as a rock. Cabin 2 was ill-equipped for guests. Very limited silverware, no coffee cups no forks, no glasses, and lots of knives. I could go on, but get the idea.

Family friendly escape

This property really allowed us as a family to have a relaxed family vacation with the ability to move freely to each other’s homes. Truly a great location. Be mindful of raccoons. Definitely recommend and will return :).

Nice property, needs cleaning.

The houses were not clean. There was trash in the inside trash cans and the outside trash cans were nearly full. It looks like the floors had not been swept, and the bed sheets were not clean. We ended up washing the sheets ourselves. The outside needed to cleaned as well. We also notice a lot of insects in the house.

Great place to come together

My now-husband and I rented this property for our wedding weekend so a large portion of the bridal party could stay together in the same place. It was a great place for us to spend a nice fall weekend together! There is lots of space in and around the houses and we never felt cramped. The host was a good communicator and made the check in process easy as well. I would recommend this rental to future guests!

Great stay for large group!

This was an excellent place for a large group to stay. There are 3 separate houses, so you can spread out and accommodate those who might want to tuck in early. Huge porch area to sit outside and enjoy the morning and evening view.
