We caught on a closed road, and realized we weren't going to make check in, we looked at our phone to contact them, and they had already reached out before check in closed and made arrangements for us. Took a load off while sitting in traffic. Breakfast (for a charge) was delicious. Staff and property were great."

"A very cosy house right in the heart of Fort Augustus. The living room was lovely with the fireplace, though we forgot to ask for more firewood and it got a bit cold at night. It was very peaceful—I think we were the only guests! The room is small if you're travelling with luggage, but very comfortable and warm. The bathroom was perfectly adequate. Breakfast was basic but decent."

"Great stay - entry was easy and without any fuss. The room is large and bed was great, ample power points with USB A and C. We stayed overnight on the way to Loch Ness Marathon - will be back during the daytime to visit the rewinding centre properly, as it looked really interesting. Good parking at the main car park, with EV chargers - a great perk in the not-so-well-served highlands "

"Staff are excellent and could not be more helpful. The hotel and room were very clean. Beds are comfortable. We had fish and chips which was ok, but when we saw someone getting the beef we wish we had chosen that. Would definitely recommend. George and Graeme were the standouts but everyone were lovely."

"Overall this was an excellent stay for us. On the first morning our shower flooded the bathroom floor because the drain was clogged, but they fixed it while we were out for the day. Other than that hiccup, it was a fantastic stay. We did the boat tour on the first day and it was fun, although cold out on the loch. Breakfast was very, very good. More choices than most hotels with fresh fruit and gluten free pancakes. I was grateful for those because I was getting tired of a Scottish breakfast. We...
