Did not use laundry, but good that it is there. Room was clean, air conditioning worked well. We were pleased with our stay, and thanks for the coffee.

No. Room had spider net on ceiling and corners and dust on AC unit also had bad smell when unit started to run.

The rooms need a lot of help. The fact that they have pets allowed in the rooms, makes it feel dirty. They try to make it feel current and clean by having laminate floors, which in turn makes it feel old and dirty instead. The rooms are not cozy at all. The bed was comfortable, the staff was nice. ...

Fern River Resort
Nice grounds but you have to bring your own coffee and coffee filters if you want coffee in the morning. Wasn’t aware of that and would have liked to relax in the morning while having a cup in the patio area.

Charming Romantic Yacht Harbor Beach Cottage
Well appointed in a desirable location. We really enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor space. Inside was a bit cramped and some minor repairs are needed but overall a nice stay.
