Very nice condo

The condo was updated, clean, and very pleasant to stay in for our vacation. Collin was very communicative, called to make sure we got in OK and if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again.

Great condo and wonderful location!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! I came with five kids, and it was absolutely perfect for our group. The location is unbeatable — right on the beach with stunning views, and close enough to town to enjoy all the great restaurants and local eats.The condo itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained with excellent amenities. The kids loved the pool, and having golf cart access made everything so easy — they were able to go back and forth to the beach with no problem.It truly had everything we needed for a fun, relaxing family getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

Fun Vacation in Port Aransas

Our family 3 adults plus a teen had a great time. The owner was on top of things-responsive is always a priority when traveling. Beach is just over the dunes on the boardwalk-lots of people on a summer week-end but you have miles of sand to spread out. Rented a golf buggy for a couple of hours. Ate at Fins on the waterfront near the ferry landing. Washer/dryer available, owner needed a repair for the dryer but there is a laundry room near the office (need quarters) in the interim. Condo extremely clean plus well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels & bedding. Would love to come back again.

Perfect spot for the four of us. Wonderful views. All the necessities of home, AC worked great and the place was immaculately clean, like no sand on the floors which is near impossible at beach front places. Collin is a wonderful host and extremely responsive. Place has recently been repainted inside and out and it looks great.

Port Aransas Beach front Condo

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Collin's beachfront property in Port Aransas, and it was an unforgettable family vacation. The top-floor condo offered unobstructed ocean views that were beautiful. The spacious living area, complete with comfortable sofas and a large-screen TV, provided the perfect setting for relaxation. The dining and kitchen area was ideal for family meals and gatherings. With two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, there was ample space for everyone. The property's proximity to the beach allowed us to enjoy the beach with ease. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable beach vacation. Collin was very tentative with communication and making sure we were taken care of!

Thanksgiving get-away

Family Getaway!

Our family LOVED our stay at Colin’s condo!! It was super clean, comfortable, fully stocked, and the views were amazing. The complex was clean, friendly, and we loved the pool! Walking to the beach was a quick 5 minute stroll (with two small kids), and parking was ample. Our kids were SO sad to leave!!

A Fabulous Stay!

It's been a week since we left this super-comfortable condo, in such a perfect location...already wishing we were back there! Collin was an excellent host, answering us efficiently and clearly, with our one question ;-) The condo was clean and well-stocked, and had the most wonderful view of the Gulf waves!! We loved the covered patio, and the ease of getting over the dunes to the beach. Would go back there in a heartbeat!! Thank you!!!

great location, great condo

We stayed with our son & his wife and had a wonderful time. The condo was spacious and equipped to the nines. They brought Thanksgiving dinner, my son cooked the turkey there, baked and warmed a ton of sides, and the oven accommodated everything. Loved the decor, no pink or blue walls, no seashell photos, no "beach condo". Collin was so great, we all had a fabulous time. Would definitely stay here againl

Favorite Rental at Port-A, Simply Amazing

We have been vacationing to Port-A every summer for 10 years now, and sometimes in the off season fall/winter months. This was by far our favorite rental! The condo was super clean, well stocked, decor was fantastic, washer/dryer & fridge in great work good condition. Believe me that is important, we have stayed in some rentals where this was not the case. The view was amazing! The super short walk to the beach via the boardwalk was a huge plus. The amount of parking was great, we were concerned with the description saying, first come first serve, but there were plenty of spaces, the hose next to the condo and the outdoor shower right by the boardwalk also were another huge plus, the condo is located right on the beach and right in the middle of town so everything is very close. Another great thing was the trash pickup, the can was located right downstairs and we did not have to remember to put it out on the curb or carry the trash to a dumpster far from the condo, someone would come and pick it up every few days. Collin was excellent with communication and helped make our stay perfect! We have already reserved our fall/winter anniversary trip with him and Coral Kay #238! We also really liked the keypad code entry instead of having to worry about keys. The smart TVs in all the rooms worked great, and the wifi was excellent. My husband and I predominantly work from home and so when we travel we bring our laptops and monitors to work a bit, wi-fi is a must! A++++++ Rental!

Best rental ever!

Awesome Stay

The condo was immaculate & beautifully decorated. The condo has a great view of the water & it's a short walk to the beach. The kitchen is well appointed & has beautiful dishes & glassware. Collin is a super host and so informative & responsive. He leaves no detail left out. We look forward to staying there again! We highly recommend it.

Beautiful on the Beach

We stayed at Coral Cay during Sandfest for the first time this year. We enjoyed the first unit and location so did not hesitate to try again. We liked this one even better. This unit has a front row seat to the beach and is just steps from the walk-over. It is updated, clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay again. We arrived the evening before Thanksgiving. Collin checked to be sure we were settled in and able to use the electronics to watch the big games the next day (when we weren't on the beach). Thanks for everything.
