Casa Grande-Waterfront,Community Pool, Walk to Bars, Restaurants and Pier

This 5 bedroom 4 bath home is beautiful and spacious with 1950 Square feet. When you walk into the front entryway you will find a large bedroom on the left and one straight ahead. Each with a Queen bed a King bed and both with a full bath. This is a great place for the kids to hangout. Upstairs there are three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master has a king size bed an unsuite bath. Down the hall are the other two bedrooms that share a bath. One of the rooms has a king bed and the other two twins. There is a large patio out the side door and a large grassy area in the back of the house. Upstairs are the Views, Views, Views! The open living room/ kitchen/ dining area has plenty room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. The large balcony off the living area has a nice table and chairs to sit and watch the water with a coffee or a cocktail. This vacation home is brand new and in the middle of all the action. You can easily walk to 6 restaurants and the Irish Pub is right next door. Be one of the first people to stay in the long awaited Seven Palms Resort!

This is a beautiful property in an amazing location. The space, beds and accomodations were perfect for our large family. There are 3 things that could make it even better:1) The ac on the bottom floor seems not run as efficiently as the top floor. The ac unit may need an adjustment. 2) The shower in the top floor bedroom with the rain shower head may have a slight leak. Another possible maintenance check. 3) Please include more than 1 dishwasher pod. Also, Please include 1 or 2 washing detergent pods. Just some suggestions.

Property is in great location with a great view. Rooms were comfortable with many beds for good sleeping arrangements. Some basics were missing at check in such as toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels, dish soap, etc. Also door handles were not installed properly and kept falling off.

Wonderful Location - Beautiful Sunrise

This house is great for a large group! Rooms are perfect to fit everyone and doesn’t feel crammed. Location to restaurants, beach and the pool amenity is great! The sunrise view of the water was our favorite part! This house provided just about everything we needed. The fridge had gone out which was unfortunate, but they provided us with a mini fridge before

Good stay but needs TLC!

The listing was very accurate and the house itself was newly built. Lots of beds, extra towels, and the accuracy was spot on. Good location right by the pier and walking distance to a lot of restaurants, cafes, shops. Ideal for a large group and has a lot of driveway space for cars. 2 bedrooms downstairs and 3 upstairs along with living and kitchen. Bathrooms all new and modern - 2 out of the 4 have bathtubs. The host was extremely communicative and responded fast to certain things that needed to be addressed. However, the house does need a lot of TLC right now like the kitchen sink. We immediately noticed water leaking under and had to put a bowl down. Temporary fix but needs attention right away. The dryer does not work, so we washed our clothes and had to dry outside. Couple of the bedroom doorknobs kept falling off. Some bathroom towel hooks missing or loose. The house has literal starter kits for kitchen and bathroom. When a house is that large to potentially have a lot of guests, you would assume there would be at least a handful of dishwasher pods, dish detergent, and/or trash bags. We were only provided with 2 of each. Keep in mind no hair dryers in any bathroom. On the first night we were there, we did not realize keeping the front door/downstairs lights on was going to attract thousands of little bugs that surrounded the entire front door. Again, had to go buy spray and candles for it. The house just felt so bare without certain essentials. Hope it gets TLC soon!

Location is amazing, community is amazing, house is lovely. It just needs to be cleaned. It not dirty, but the last time we stayed the cleaning crew was amazing. No dusty bunnies, pots and pans spotless, under the beds nothing but clean space. This time the fans all needed a good dusting, the pots and pans had some sort of food or burn crusted on them, and when we walked around barefoot our feet were black and that was the first day getting there. They just need to change the cleaning crew back and the house would be perfect. That is our only complaint. Oh and fix the window panes to make sure they stay clicked in place. We ran into a window pane just coming out when we tried to lower it. It unfortunately came out and hit a child right on the top of the head causing some minor bleeding and a very large bump. ER visit was a clean bill of health, but after testing both upstairs windows facing the porch we found both windows to have that issue. The property managers stated they were going to bring this to the owners attention and hopefully they do. That is a huge liability especially if that glass had shattered.
Window latch that is secure and pops back into place when pushed open.
Vs other side of window that doesn't causing the window to seperate from guide and pop out of place.

Great house

We loved this property! We had a group of 8 women and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. Loved the view and location. Easy walk to several bars and eating places. Convenient location to drive to the grocery store, beach or anywhere else you may need to go. We plan on renting it on our next trip.

Great ocean get away for groups

Loved the large amount of bedrooms, especially the 3 with the provate baths. The deck was amazing woth a great breeze off the ocean and an amazing view. We all enjoyed the pool. House was nice and clean. Dishwasher soap provided for 2 loads and soap for 2 loads of laundry. Kitchen could use some new pots and pans and cooking utensils.

I had a wonderful stay at this home! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything I needed. The location was perfect, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet.
